1. Order Processing & Production Time

All of our wooden pieces are carefully CNC-machined, hand-sanded, and finished to ensure the highest quality.

• Standard Orders: Please allow [2 to 4] business days for your order to be processed, finished, and packed before shipment.

• Custom/Engraved Orders: For personalized pieces, please allow [5 to 7] business days for production.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Packaging for Wood Art

Wood is a natural material, and the organic edges of our trays require special care. Every piece is securely wrapped in protective materials and shipped in heavy-duty corrugated boxes to prevent warping, denting, or moisture damage during transit.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

6. Damages and Lost Packages

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our wood art and package everything to withstand the journey. However, if your order arrives damaged:

1. Please save all packaging materials and the damaged item.

3. We will file a claim with the shipment carrier and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ishal Wood Art is not liable for products shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
